Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all 1MD Nutrition® tags attached to ensure your return is processed without delay.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
